Vijaya Foods is an amalgamation of Traditional Recipies with the much needed chemical free, organically processed ingredients. Recipes that have been mastered by generations in our family; passed on to our mother from her?s. They were a part of our growing childhood and source of support for our family income. The knowledge of these traditional recipes with Ragi, Millets and local sprouts were based on the right blend of ingredients that can be sustained for daily consumption and add to the required nutrition of the body. We at Vijaya Foods are adding to that knowledge and creating hand roasted and processed products that use locally grown grains. Traditional Recipies: The emphasis of Vijaya Foods is to source chemical free ingredients like Ragi, Millets and pulses to create healthy products, with comparable quality and good shelf life. Native ingredients and processing have ensured that Vijaya Foods provides products with a lesser carbon footprint. The chemical free processing also ensures the ingredients do not lose their actual nutritional value and taste and can be enjoyed in its entirety. Our History: As a small family of a mother and her children we began our journey with the name of our father who we lost; to hold onto what we truly believe. Our vision is simple: to provide traditional recipe based food and food products for daily consumption to meet the nutritional need of the consumer; as well as make it accessible and affordable.
